Refund Policy

IEE will not issue a refund should you not agree with the results of the final evaluation or if your evaluation is not accepted by your US university, licensing board, employer or other institution. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm with the institution that IEE evaluations will be accepted. All evaluation prices include a $75 non-refundable application fee. Additionally, since expedited orders are prioritized and begin processing immediately, expedited service fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds will only be considered in the event an evaluation is unable to be completed. No completed evaluations will be eligible for refund in any circumstance.
